Your information
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Convivial Wealth handles information through convivialwealth.com, its discovery inquiry form, Money Tools calculators, and Financial Blueprint.
Effective October 18, 2026. For privacy questions or requests, email brenna@convivialwealth.com.
1. Who this policy covers
Convivial Wealth is the financial education and coaching website operated by Brenna. This policy covers information handled through this website and related discovery inquiries. A separate coaching engagement may involve additional information and terms; this website is not a client document portal.
The current site does not offer user accounts, bank connections, cloud synchronization of financial workspaces, online payments, newsletter enrollment, or an embedded chat service.
2. Discovery inquiries and email
If you submit the discovery form, we receive your name, email address, optional focus area, and message. The website sends this information by email to Brenna at brenna@convivialwealth.com, with your address as the reply-to address. We use it to respond, discuss whether coaching is suitable, and arrange a call by email.
The form does not accept document attachments or create a customer account. Please keep your message brief and do not include account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, tax returns, or sensitive financial documents. Email is not an end-to-end encrypted document exchange provided by this website.
The form uses a session cookie, security tokens, an automated-submission trap, and submission-rate controls. Rate protection uses a hashed IP-based identifier and recent attempt times in temporary server files. Attempt times are evaluated over a 15-minute window; temporary files may remain until hosting cleanup. A hashed identifier is still used for abuse prevention and is not a promise of anonymity.
3. Calculators, Blueprint, and workbooks
The Money Tools calculators perform their calculations in your browser. Calculator inputs are held in the page’s memory; the calculator code does not submit those values to our server or save them as a customer record.
Financial Blueprint can contain income, transactions, bills, categories, account balances, goals, and notes that you enter. When browser storage is available, it saves the current workspace and one previous saved revision locally using IndexedDB. There is no website account or server-side financial database for that workspace. When storage is unavailable, edits may remain only in the open tab.
Choosing Upload in Blueprint reads the selected workbook in your browser. Workbook parsing, validation, previews, and replacement happen locally; the application does not send the file or its contents to our server. Downloading creates an Excel file on your device. Our financial application code does not add financial input values or workbook contents to Analytics events. The website still loads Google Analytics on financial tool pages, as described below.
Local storage and downloaded workbooks are sensitive and are not password-encrypted by Blueprint. Other people using your browser profile or device may be able to access them. Copies placed in a cloud-synced folder or shared with another person are subject to that service’s or person’s handling. Browser cleanup, private browsing, device loss, or site-data removal can erase a workspace, so keep private backups if you need them.
4. Google Analytics and technical information
The site uses Google Analytics through Google tag G-CLD0S67PY4 on its pages, including calculators, Blueprint, and the discovery page. The tag loads automatically when a page is opened. Google may receive usage and technical information such as page addresses and titles, referral information, browser and device details, approximate location, and cookie or other online identifiers. Connecting to Google also exposes technical connection information to Google.
We use Analytics to understand site visits and usage. We do not add inquiry messages, financial input values, or uploaded workbook contents to custom Analytics events. Google’s automatic collection, linked services, and retention depend on the Analytics account settings and Google’s services.
See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Analytics is separate from local financial calculations, which remain available when the tag is blocked.
DreamHost hosts this website. Requests to load pages and assets send ordinary technical information to the hosting service, including an IP address, request path, and browser headers. The hosting service may retain access, error, and security logs. Fonts and financial calculation libraries are served from this website rather than loaded from third-party font or financial-data services.
6. Purposes and service providers
Information is used to operate and secure the site, prevent abusive submissions, respond to inquiries, arrange requested coaching discussions, and understand site usage. Hosting and email services process website requests or inquiry correspondence, and Google processes Analytics information. These providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
Inquiry information is handled by the hosting and email providers needed to deliver it and support our response. The financial application does not transmit your local workspace to those providers. Google receives usage information as described above. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed to comply with applicable law, protect legal rights, or address fraud or security incidents.
Links to Google and other external sites take you to services with their own policies. If you independently email or share a workbook with us, that creates a separate communication; it is not the local-only upload process described above.
7. How long information remains
Inquiry emails are not automatically deleted by the website. Copies may remain in email accounts and provider backups. Hosting logs, server sessions, temporary rate-limit files, email records, and Google Analytics have separate retention and cleanup settings; the website does not enforce a single automatic deletion period across those services. Contact us about records we control rather than assuming they expire after a particular number of days.
Blueprint records remain in your browser until they are cleared, replaced, or removed by browser or device behavior. Use Help & workspace → Clear this device’s Blueprint to clear the application’s local records, including its saved previous revision, or remove the site’s data in browser settings. This does not delete downloaded workbooks, copies in cloud storage, emails, hosting logs, or Google’s records. We cannot remotely retrieve or erase a workspace stored only on your device.
8. Security
The website is configured to use HTTPS, restrict executable resources, and protect form submissions with validation and session-based controls. These measures reduce risk but do not guarantee that a website, email account, device, or service provider can never be compromised. Secure your device and browser profile, keep exported workbooks private, and avoid sending sensitive documents through the discovery form.
9. Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to submit an inquiry, adjust browser cookie and tracking settings, clear local Blueprint data, and delete workbook copies you control. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information held by us, email brenna@convivialwealth.com. Tell us enough to locate the relevant correspondence; do not send passwords or full account numbers.
Depending on where you live and the circumstances, applicable law may provide additional rights or a right to complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity and consider legal or recordkeeping obligations when handling a request. Requests concerning information held by Google or another provider may also require that provider’s own privacy tools. This policy does not promise that clearing browser data removes information from all services.
10. Children and policy changes
The coaching services and financial planning tools are intended for adults. If you believe a child has sent personal information through the inquiry form, please contact us so we can review it.
We will update this page when the site’s information practices change and revise its effective date. This policy describes the current website; it does not give permission for unrelated uses of information or waive rights that apply under law.
